How To Edit ATI BIOS File

Hello my friends. I have a HD 3850 graphic card and I want to edit it's BIOS file RV670.bin and wonder if somebody knows or not. I do not want to speed up my card I just wonder what is there in it. Because of this I want to see if possible...

Well you can edit it with RaBIT ... but if you want to modify the code dont even think about it...

Yes, you can use GPU-Z 0.2.7 to get the card's bios and use RBE_114 to view it, or change it. You can google these Apps to find them. I strongly suggest you read up on this subject before even attempting anything. But just looking is cool.
