Video Memory Stress Test found 860+ errors for me

I just did Video Memory Stress Test v1.5.112 http://www.softpedia.com/get/System/...ess-Test.shtml
So I started full scan and when it was 4 of 254 sectors checked there was already 860 errors found and needed to wait 2:36hours till end of this scan so I canceled...

Any idea wtf is wrong with my video RAM & how to solve it?

Is You card overclocked ??????

I just check the other thread , is hangs even in desktop , not overclock problem .
