Default nVidia double head in DOS
Hello!
I have to ask for some help. I used different nVidia cards to draw graphics by my program on two monitors. The range of doubleheaded nVidia cards started with both heads inited and showed the same boot info. But starting from 8xxx cards videobios doen't init both heads but only the first found with monitor attached. Can anybody point me to the idea how to init the second head by myself?
