... I understand that a laptop like mine wasn't made for pure gaming but I thought because the stock clocks were so low that there should definately be some room for increasing the cards potential, but I didn't know that "
you should never o/c a mobility card". Why? Whats the big difference between a mobility card and desktop card? - they both have pci express bus...?
The main reason I ended up getting a mobility 2600HD was because of my budget, If i had more cash I would probably have got a 8600/8700 GT as I wanted a mid-range laptop that I could play
most games on with my budget (not play
all games as with a top spec 8800 card etc though of course if i could afford it i would love a laptop with 8800 card in it!) ,and I
can play most games, but obviously as a gaming enthusiast I want to maximise my laptop's potential wherever possible.
