Is there anyone out there with the skills to mod the ati CP?

This is something ive wanted for a long time,

Im not super keen on CCC, its bulky and uses up memory, but CP is striped down, has no OC features etc

Is there anyone outthere with the skill to make a modded CP that contains all of the features that CCC has?

If anyone can make this you will have my eternal gratitude

for one you cant mod the CP its illegal, to modify thier software.
the are CP replacements like RadLinker but they seem to haved
died maybe, long time since i've herd of them

since when has that ever stoped anyone from moding something? as long as you dont charge for it who cares? besides you can take the cpu and re-write it.

i know but that one is the standard/useless cp, i want a all new cp with every option that ccc has
