I am waiting to see how the two different cards compare when they go Retail and see what availability is like and which one shows better driver stability. Until then single card configurations work better more times then not.

Yep and the difference between the ATI card and the NV one as I see it is integration. The NV card principle is neat but it would be like moving one of the cores in a duo core CPU to a different IC on another board I don't see how this is any more efficient than running 2 or more cards in Crossfire or SLI. There have to be advantages to the ATI setup in terms of inherit impedance and how it affects bandwidth between the 2 GPU's
