Default Upgrade Soon,What dyou think about it?

Hello folks i have an big question for you ... I see the lunch of the 8800 GT. Really nice card. Considerating the price here 200$ aprox.And considerating i have an sli board i thinked to upgrade this summer my videocard for 2 8800 GT in sli... but the question is ... or the questions are: This is an good upgrade for the price? and ---> I need to upgrade my psu? And if yes for wich power aprox?

Dude, this is what i tell everyone - don't settle for anything less than 8800 GTS - TRUST ME - wait a little bit & save some more money and buy GTS, YOU WON'T REGRET IT!

If you need to, buy one card then wait a while then buy another card for Sli - its what i did


If you're sure you want Sli you should play it safe and get a good 800 Watt+ PSU

What the heck are you talking about? The new GT slaughters the old GTS and for a lower price! 2 GTs in SLI cost near a GTX but perform 50% faster. Definitely go for it.

same for me.. maybe wait till dec. for the gts refresh.. but if your lucky to get your hands on 2 GT (i still wait to get 1 from my distri !) GO FOR IT! it's one hell of a card for the price

I think you'll need a new PSU for a SLi system, 530W is not enought.
