What could be better, if I would upgrade my GF FX5700LE's BIOS ??
And is there any high risks?

unless there is a specific reason to upgrade the bios on your video card, I wouldn't bother. You could always have bad luck and the flash could fail. But if the update addresses specific things of importance then I would say it was worth the risk.

you should only ever flash to the bios that the maker of the card releases
