Hi there anet3 and welcome to NGOHQ.com

A bit confused on your problem are you having an issue with the monitor or tv connected to the S-Video port display what is on your monitor ? Or is there something in Vista through drivers as far a features you are trying to access under Vista ?

It should be pretty straight foward
either by right clicking on the desktop
or using ati`s control panel

if you cant get it too work
make sure you got the tele set right, check cables , reseat card ,and reinstall drivers
maybe in that order

Try either going into your display properties and then over to the settings tab and click Identify, or inyour catalyst control pane (make sure its in advanced mode by clicking on the button in the lower left hand corner) and in the display management section you can detect displays and set other options, in the display options section you can set the panning and such, hope that helps you out man, Cheers.
