Unhappy Problems with 8800 GTS

I'm having problems all the time the AA is activated. For example, when I'm playing F.E.A.R. Combat, it loads all the map perfectly, runs with full fps, but some places when I spot the textures it gives me a huge slowdown.

The strange thing about it is that when I alt+tab, and get back to the game, the slow textures get full fps, and a random place become the slowdown place. :|

Any help?
