Default New Video card?

Hey I want to buy new Video Card..
With budget of 900 NIS.

What do you recomend?

And how this one? D 2600 XT 256MB DX10 HDTV 2xDVI PCI-E‎

There's a huge fps boost for these cards with the catalyst 7.8 beta drivers specially in situations with AA(or so I've been told). The 2600xt vs 8600gt benchmarks need to be redone but I think the 2600xt will win most (all?) of them now. I don't like these dx10 cards because they encourage people to upgrade (read downgrade) to vista.

My advice is get a 8800GTS320 - you won't be disappointed. Don't bother with either a NV' or ATI' midrange DX10 parts, waste of time, if you want something cheaper go for a 1950 Pro or XT as at the moment they are relatively cheap given the performance in current games.

Not until they fix that extremely lame 8800 fps bug. In addition to that you won't have enough ram for high quality textures for some games (not to mention high res which you can pass depending on your monitor). Last but not least no matter how low the price has dropped it's not a "budget card".
