 Driver Question 7300LE on Vista
Running an NVidia GeForce 7300le with Vista and I'm getting abysmal framerates in World of Warcraft and Insurgency:Modern Infantry Combat.
I've done just about everything to streamline the system, and really vista isn't so bad on a dual core machine once you set all the system hogs to run off 1 core and your games off the other. But I've found the bottleneck for my framerate is has got to be my videocard. My cpu and ram are around 50% if that while I'm playing, so I know it's the GPU. And both of these games run with a better framerate on my laptop with a whopping ATI Mobility Radion 9000 and less than half the RAM and processing power....
So I'm figuring it's a driver issue (as most cista problems seem to be..) Since I can't seem find much in the way of reliable custom drivers out there was wondering if anyone could suggest 1 untill the ngo one's come out once vista is a bit more stable.
