Hi, this is a silly question doh doh me over forgot which drivers I installed, I can't remember if it was the optimized drivers or the regular ones and I want to update, can anyone tell me how I can check which one I'm currently running?

It says 8.380.0.0... is that the normal drivers or optimized one ?

That number won't tell you the difference since NGO bases the NGO drivers on the official ATI drivers. That number will remain the same for any drivers based on the 7.6 CATALYST drivers. At least that's how it works for me.
