Had some problems with uninstalling the drivers of the failed DTV card which led to more uninstallation issues and I actually screwed up something in the registry trying to uninstall Everest which decided to start playing up, so eventually had to format my hard drive and re-install vista completely! Now that i've done this everyhting seems to be working better and things that weren't working are working now.

Also I have much more hard drive space free than when I took delivery (half my 150GB raptor was used when i received the pc!)

So now i can properly start benchmarking, I'll begin with 3dMark 05/06..stay tuned..!

(Still don't know who makes the gpu though -mystery. However i saw a pic of a PNY GTX whick looked exactly the same black/green case except PNY logo where Nvidia logo is on mine)

I see you are enjoying the Vista "WOW" experience.
I just got a nice 250GB Maxtor to dump my extra stuff in. 160GB was nowhere near enough.

It would sure be nice if you could benchmark a compilation of the Linux kernel... Uh nevermind I said that.
