but a fact is that nv m.boards are beter so using crossfire on it is much faster than a regular crossfire m.board
but i think that crossfire 16x+16x
can be used on this mbo
its cheap but its great http://www.gigabyte.com.tw/Products/...Dual%20Graphic
all other mbos are 16x+4x

Right now im more considering the ASUS Commando which is 16x - 4x. Either that or i wait for a Bearlake mobo and change everything.

they are realy good and they are using ATI chipset
p.s. dont look for best name, look for best solution and performance

The only good Sapphire boards with the latest ATi chipset are for socket AM2

The SLOTS are 16x but when you install two cards they will only electrically run at 8x-8x because thats all the Intel 975X chipset supports, unless they have tweaked it to run at 16x-16x.
But it definitely looks interesting, besides the lack of normal PCI slots.

(all my friends are talking that max is best mbo for crossfire too bad that i have nv card)
p.s. and everest have shown that is runing both on 16x
will take a look on that mbo next time when i visit friend

The ASUS Commando an amazing board besides the fact that it is 16x-4x. The only thing is that if you use crossfire on the Abit MAX board i wont be able to use my good sound card ill have to use the onboard. But ill consider it if it can run crossfire in 16x dual...
Or i might still wait longer and buy a bearlake mobo with new 45nm CPU.

A company like Asrock will probably use some loser chipset and give combo slots.
