|  sli 8800gts fasters than r600?
im wondering if anyone knows of any benchmark websites for a sli 8800gts,
its 200 price tag means that u could buy two of them for the same price of a single r600.
the r600 has kinda been irritating me with its late arrival, the date keeps getting pushed back, and im in the mood for a substitute.
now i could imagine a sli 8800gts wud be faster than a single 8800gtx but by how much? |

R600XT supposes to be cheaper then 8800 GTS. So two R600/8800GTS or one 8800 GTX.

My advice is go for a single 8800GTX, less cost, more general performance across applications/games, and in the end far less grief. | |

My advice is don't drop into any of Nvidia's Sh1t

LOL, I don't like Fatal1ty products anymore because my Fatal1ty mouse broke so now I'm stuck with an Acer ball mouse from 1996

Agreed, i did get my lesson .
But what broke on the mouse is the weight module holder. So the mouse is functional but im stuck with this great hole in the center.

Eventually, when i get some ca$h, i'll either buy the Razer DeathAdder or the OCZ Equalizer.
