This went off topic fast LOL.

As long as they are the 640 MiB version you can't go wrong with an SLi setup. I only have one card and I have never been more satisfied with a hardware purchase.

Great card, but for the money the 8800GTS320 is better value for money at the moment, unless your gonna play at extremely high res. i.e. 1600x1200 the extra ram isn't much use.

Also for not much more money than a GTS one could purchase the GTX which is a phenomenal card and significantly more powerful than a GTS, and much less of a problem than any SLI/CF setup.

actually... the 640 is a better purchase when taking high settings of AA and AF and resolution into account.

Well... that's my opinion well 8800 Gts are really good for the price... but the drivers sucks !... well.. i will give an example... You are in an team of Formula 1 and you had the best car of all the teams ... so you will dont put an idiot on this car you will put the best driver on this car ... so you can compare that to the videocard(the ride) and the drivers

Well... in the benchmarks we seen the HD 2900XT had beat the 8800Gts easily ... so when we will got the prices we will said if the HD 2900XT we will the worth to be buyed

You mean the official drivers suck. Just use the NGO Drivers if you have a 8800

Yeah But anyways ... if they said they are based with nvidia drivers.... if you had an crappy base... like microsoft do all the time .. but the product will not be at optimal for the stuff you had (I not said here the ngohq od are crap but.. the base can be ameliorated by nvidia )

someone said that he had enough with waiting for R600... I dont agree, some time ago Nvidia didnt wait and released new cards only because ati had their monster card(radeon 9800). Nvidia answered 9800 with FX5xxx cards... I dont have to say how crapy the were and what did nvidia did then ?? they said "sorry we know that 5xxx sucks and we're working on new gen cards" ???? sorry?? but what if someone bought GF FX5800 and spent 700+ $ ?? SICK Thats why i think that we can all wait a little longer for R600, maybe ati wont repeat nvidia's huge mistake...

Not too long to wait now - but I'd have a good PSU ready if I was you, seems the XT needs 3 power connectors!
