CPU: AMD AM2 6000+
GPU: 2x 8800GT(G92)
M/B: ASUS M2N32SLI Deluxe
RAM: 4 GB GSkill DDR2 800
PSU: OCZ SilentXStream 600W
Default Riva Tuner 2.08

I have 2 Evga 8800 GT's in SLI stock no superclocked. I have installed RivaTuner 2.08 and set up both fan speeds on both cards individually using drop-down menu. I have no problem setting both ( Coretemp0 and Coretemp1) fan speeds for launcher and scheduler. My problem lies in activation of said fan speeds. If I play Crysis and RivaTuner has 1st card in dropdown menu selected it changes fan speed at scheduled threshold event, but the 2nd card stops game and tells me I have no fan profile available. I have to physically change drop-down menu to 2nd card and then it adjusts fan speed to threshold event no problem. But when next level threshold event and next higher fan speed should happen it works ONLY on 2nd card and 1st card tells me there is no fan profile available. It seems to only work on 1 card at a time. I have set my fan profiles up individually selecting them from target drop-down menu. I have 3 temp settings. I have CoreTemp, CoreTemp0 and CoreTemp1 in RivaTuners monitoring. CoreTemp is usually 8 to 10 degrees C lower than CoreTemp0 and CoreTemp1 and CoreTemp0 and CoreTemp1 are no more than 2 degrees C different. Plus VIDCARD1 fan runs 30-35 rpms slower than VIDCARD2. I assume the CoreTemps 0 and 1 are the actual GPU temps of individual cards and CoreTemp, I have no idea what it is supposed to be. It is very frustrating to have to manually adjust fan settings DURING game play to actually play the game! I went as far as to delete scheduled settings and manually set each GPU fan to 100% before playing game so I could actually PLAY THE game. Is there some setting in poweruser or do I need to set these fan speeds up in driver-level control to work. I have set both GPU's at one time to use just the CoreTemp(lowest temp reading) to adjust fan speed and it seemed to work but that temp reading is(like I said) 8 - 10 degrees C lower than actual CoreTemp readings. Why did EVGA set fan speed at 29% startup? If I leave it why won't it adjust with temp changes? If I leave it as factory intended it runs 29% fan speed at all temps.

HELP ME!!!

If RivaTuner is giving you hard time, try to use NVIDIA BIOS editor.
