Default Macromedia Flash Player issue.

I'm needing help with Macromedia Flash Player. I saw jbruneau post about Criss Angel (Criss Angel and Half A Woman) and, getting there (you tube) found this message:

"Hello, you either have JavaScript turned off or an old version of Macromedia's Flash Player. Click here to get the latest flash player. "

But I have JavaScript on, and have the latest flash player. Despite that, I clicked again, receiving the message in Adobe's site: "Macromedia Flash Player was successful installed". Really do not understand. Any clues? Thanks for help.

I've found that, a lot of times, I have to use the ENTER or SPACEBAR to activate some of this content. If you haven't done that, try it.

Bottom line: You need to download and install the latest *full* flash player. I got mine from http://www.softwarepatch.com/internet/flash.html

I'm not sure if this is YouTube's problem (for not recognizing the partial install) or Macromedia's (for not doing a proper partial install), but I had the same problem and now it works great. Thanks to shar at ateaseweb.com who pointed out this solution.

I have been trying figure this out....although not devouting too much time, i just figured it was Youtubes fault and I couldn't view it? Anyways, it was annoying. Thank you so much for posting this. I have had this problem for about 3 weeks. I now blame Macromedia, cause every time I would visit Adobe's site to try and download the most recent version it kept saying "yeah your up to date" WTF, no I wasn't if I was it would have let me view it, what they should say is yeah we think you are, but here is a link to download this version and see if it helps, since numerous ppl are having the problem" Again thank you perce for posting this, I actually registered on this forum to just thank you, but now looks like I found a new place to find out cool stuff, and get help and maybe help to

trust me mate, 9r16 is a *****, especially with WLM 8.1 and vista.

Flash could cause WLM to crash due to DEP.

R18 and R21 fixed this
