Default Try RivaTuner or Modded Drivers.

Have you tried using Riva tuner to unlock any additional features, including OpenGl.

Alternatively try using modded drivers.

All the Best, Hope you sort it out.

Hmm,I used Riva Tuner only once,on 6600gt video card, about couple years ago..
But I really like the ATT. Back at windows xp x64,I had opengl there.
So the question is...is it windows 7 "bug" or ATT's ?

P.s.
Maybe someone with windows 7 and ATT can confirm that there is no opengl there?...

Few first versions of catalyst driver for windows 7 x64 didn't have support for opengl but 9.9 for sure can use opengl so everything should be ok.
