Looking for software that can monitor and disable hidden processes

Subject.
Well,to be specific.
GameGuard has a bug,when you exit an online game,gameguard doesnt closes itself complitely,and you have to restart your system in order to play again games with gameguard..And gameguards process is hidden in windows task manager..
I wounder if there is any program that can monitor hidden processes and disable it..

to be more specific,when I tried to archive the gameguard folder,I had that error.
