#21 | | Professional Member | really late but i found the problem
its nothing to do with my hardware, nor with my drivers!
its (one more time) a windows problem!
to go more into details, you need to disable any mouse enhancements in the os (at least here) otherwise it fu**s up the controls.
now all steam games are working fine after disabling some UNneeded mouse enhance features! |

Well i dont have problem with Lumo , But i agree on all Unix.
Im not native english speaker , and been in situations when some one who lost arguments , started to moan on my english.

english isnt my mother tounge either!
he put up GITG, and i did not know what that means (probably cause i missed all ati ads  - actually never saw one)
now its linked to a wiki (still do not know what he wants to tell me, as the thread is about unplayable steam apps and he tells to get in the game? - explain or leave it) |

Some things you can try:
1. Leave enabled showing ping (Why would you want more than 100 fps? I dont really understand just cap it to your monitor refresh rate)
2. Copy your TF2 config file to CS:S / HL2  M folder
3. Ask in the steam foruns for an solution. |
