No they dont have to start from the scratch if you have the source of the 32bit flashplayer. No, nswrapplugin is not for Windows, its for linux. Just use the 32bit IE browser, there is nothing we can do. There is no need for 64bit backward compatibility, because it will only need to know how to play flash format, there are no 32bit flashes neither 64bit flashes.
