Dark Messiah is looking good. You don't have to pay to try it out, you just need to be registered to Gamespot (free account). I'm downloading it as we speak.. I will post here about my thoughts.

I'm finally getting around to downloading the MP Beta. We'll see how it goes.


EDIT: OK....I just completed one session on MP and it does look nice! Once you get into the game, that is.

Man, it took FOREVER just for the game to load to the point where I was even able to see a lobby. In fact, the first attempt froze up about 75% of the way through loading. I had to End Task on the game and start again.

On the second attempt it halted again at the same point, but this time, after waiting about 4 - 5 MINUTES, the game proceeded to load again. I finally got to the lobby and selected the Auto Team option. I still have a LOT to learn about controls, weapons, and moves in this game.

However, it does look good and seems to play smoothly.
