Did you download both Alpha1 and the Alpha1.1 Update?
I only noticed looking at the homepage about the game (and how it was designed) that the 1.1 was an update that needed the origional files.
The best server I've found for downloading was: ftp://ftp.burstfire.net/pub/games/ha...yesource/win32
