For us less fortunate people , being able to run the game is a bonus in it self and that site help. As for people who have hardware to run the game, dont know why they require tweaks to improve performance, might aswell search for tweaks to improve appearance. anyway,
1) bUse Joystick=0 , disables the use of joystic, it helped reduce some mouse lag.
2) bInstantLevelUp=0, allows instant levelup without sleeping
3) iActorShadowIntMax=10, iActorShadowExtMax=10 max number of interior exterior shadows, more means less FPS, manipulating this will help u in increasing some other eyecandy.
4) bAllowPartialPrecision=1, set this if u have nVidia card.
5) iPreloadSizeLimit= (Value) x 1024 x 1024, for 1GB ram, value = 50, for 2GB ram value = 100
Tweaks to improve loading :
bBackgroundLoadLipFiles=1
bLoadBackgroundFaceGen=1
bBackgroundCellLoads=1
bLoadHelmetsInBackground=1
iBackgroundLoadLoading=1
bBackgroundPathing=1
6)
http://www.tessource.net/files/file.php?id=2415 to reduce the grass tiling pattern
7) iMinGrassSize=120
fGrassEndDistance=8000.0000
fGrassStartFadeDistance=7000.0000
bGrassPointLighting=0
bDrawShaderGrass=1
iTreeClonesAllowed=1
iCanopyShadowScale=512 , reduce in multiples of 8
bEnableTrees=1
bForceFullLOD=0
This seems to be help full :

iOpenMPLevel=20
iPreloadSizeLimit=1000000000
