#1 | | Golden Member | Once upon a time i had 60 fps stable. then i changed something at the graphic card options and it became 100 fps as it should (even fx5200 can run cs ).
now i installed some new drivers (v0.7 or whatever on the site) and it came back to 60 fps. what is it i need to change? i lowered every option i saw to minimum. still nothing helps. :help: :help: :help: |

#2 | | Guest | sounds like your vsync is on, try turning it off in driver options, and of course type fps_max 100 in cs console

#6 | | Newbie | | M/B: Gigabyte GA-965P-DS3 | | | RAM: Corsair 2X512MB@800Mhz | | | PSU: Enermax Liberty 400W | | As you know, fps_max 101 + fps_modem 60 = 60 fps
So set your fps_modem to 101.

#10 | | Guest | Maybe vsync is being force on in the driver control panel, not just in CS? :P Force it off or turn it to application preference?
