Default old cs-guide

ngo had a terrific cs-guide before the website change. I remember there were some cool options you could put in the tart-strip of the game lika -nojoy and so on. There also was a command which you could set the amount of RAM that should be used for cs. What is that command? Or even better, where is that guide?
