I just installed GTA; San Adreas and it runs fine, except for the sound, I get no sound at all during the cutscenes and I hear no music when riding in the car, does anyone know what could cause the sound bug?? I can hear the fx when driving and walking around but no music. I have a Audigy 2 SZ with the latest drivers.

try to delete the file eax.dll but remember to back it up before you delete it.

Aha ok thanks. Actually whenever I play a game with eax support I usually get no sound at all, that is stangeas my sound card does support it fully, its a creative for gods sake.

I'll try that out, thanks.

EDIT: I deleted it, but I couldn't start up the game due to the missng EAX file. :-(

Edit II: I figured it out, in the eax console, you just have to disable the enviroment audio effects. Still Creative should be a shame of them selfs!!
