For those of us in the USA, the censored version had the language rated R instead of M. And, all the female cards [from Geralt's sexual escapades] were discreetly covered whereas the uncensored version removes all clothing from the female cards.
Essentially, the Director's Cut just made the USA version like the original International Version. There's no difference in gameplay or storyline. Just a bit of difference in dialogue with more mature language. [Allthough, for me, it's really "immature" language and I figure people must have a very limited vocabulary to have to resort to the overuse of certain words called "mature".]
I finished the game again just last night and chose to completely support the non-humans this time around. I also allowed Berengar to live when he and Geralt had their confrontation on Black Tern Island. That made for a bit of a surprise later on when Geralt and Azar Javed finally went to mano-o-mano blows.
