Maybe its because of your RAM.. or your config...
I have 2gigs and the game runs smooth..

mostly because cs s can get pretty nice modifications for running graphics faster with decent details and for lower latency mods
cs 1.6 is going down mostly because users are dropping from it and buying call of duty and steam css (know about that was running cs 1.6 and css server for some time) |
