Just exactly what is it about The Witcher that brings Diablo to mind? I'm scratching my head for answers and it's nearly bloody now.

Well I think that I'll buy my self the EE upgrade pack as soon as it gets released. I already played "The Price of Neutrailty" I was quite annoyed that I had no sound :/ . But the story was gooooood. Is it just my feeling or did the monsters get stronger coz I had littel problems on normal or maybe the Polish edition is harder :P. There is another bonus episode isn't it?

Yes. It's called "Side Effects."

I'm currently enjoying the enhanced edition very much, its a really good adventure and I must admit I am blown away by how much there is to do in this game - so many quests you would find it very hard to get bored.

However I am a little disappointed by the combat system as I was expecting more than just constantly double-clicking on an enemy to engage and kill - I was hoping it would have been more like Severance - remember? that was a truly great game with awesome combat sequences.

In addition i'm not a huge fan of the RPG elements like collecting items and shit and mixing potions etc, that stuff really bores the crap out of me and unfortunately theres a lot of it but of course it has to be expected in a game like this.

This game is definitely worth playing though, and i am still enjoying it a lot so I can easily recommend it.

Have you completed it yet? And, do keep in mind that you can take various 'paths' and have a different ending.

I've been through the game 4 times so far. There are so many different ways to play it so the replay value is very high.

I'm glad you're enjoying it.

I haven't completed it yet, its a big game and there are so many quests! Plus I haven't had much time to game, I'm so busy these days.

Its so annoying working all the time to earn money to buy all the games you want and then you don't have time to play them because you're working all the time??

I bought The Witcher Enhanced Edition about 3 weeks ago, great game but now I'm stuck and I was wondering if anyone who played it could help me.

My situation is the following:

I'm at a stage where I need to gather 10 Sephirot Stones so I can go place them on their respective obelisks in the swamps. Right now I have 8 out of 10 sephirots, and when I now track the quest on the map, it leads me to some sort of golem graveyard with 5 inanimate golems and three pylons. If I activate the pylons beams of energy shoot upward but I can only activate 2 at a time as soon as you touch the third one the other two deactivate. Can anyone help me with this?

Do you have the Lightning Rod and have you requested the storm from the Druids nearby? You have to have both before you can activate the Golem.
