#1 | | Site Staff | C&C3 Mothership Trick Here’s another trick for you to use in C&C3. This one is for the Aliens side and all you need is a Mastermind (Alien Commando), 5000 credits ready, and Signal Transmitter building (Ready to deploy). You send the Mastermind to the enemy base and make sure to avoid detection, Few seconds before he sees you, send something from the other side as diversion (Buzzers for example).
While he’s busy with the diversion, use the Mastermind to capture one of his buildings (must to be expandable building),quickly place the signal Transmitter near to the captured building and click on the ‘Summon Mothership’ button. Since the Mothership is being deployed above the Signal Transmitter, and since its inside his base, it will deploy in his base and all you have to do is to shoot one time, and his base is gone.
You can see me doing this in the .AVI below. His reaction is very hilarious - like "WTF?". |

You build a loose chain of buildings to the enemy base and set the chain reaction from a safe distance. Not practical on all maps or against enemies with half a brain. Dead funny to watch though.

#5 | | Advanced Newbie | | CPU: AMD Athlon 3000+ 2.24 ghz | | | GPU: Sapphire 9600XT 256 mb | | loll Regeneration, people found out about that glitch the first second 1.5 came out. It is possible to prevent it, and theres a huge argument over at GameReplays.org - RTS fansite and forums. Replays, strategies and tournaments for Age of Empires 3, BfME, BfME 2, Zero Hour, Generals, Act of War and Empire at War about it...I've done it a couple of times, and it's pretty sick. But if it gets done to you, then it isnt so much fun...but what I do is I just load up on PAC'S and storm riders...they should be able to hold up against the attack... and also, if It gets done to you, or you're sure they will do it, build a con yard at your allies base(if you have one) and just build off from there...and make sure your buildings are never too close to each other, because as the effect grows, it will just continue to take out every single building in its path of destruction. Plus, it's easy to not let them even build one..because if it is a one vs one game, Scrin's early game sucks really badly. So you just keep pounding them with things, and keep the enemy busy, because if you start building up your army, he could be teching up...and will get you from the behind :P
