The prob are not your computer you alredy reached 100 fps maybe is because windows ... goes with somes problems .. so if you want to format try ... i alredy had the same problem with others games.. At start i had like 80 fps and 5 months aftrer ... 20-30 fps lol so try that or.. try to fix it an another way ... well your computer are average you have an good videocard but maybe in 3-4 months you need to upgrade your memory for the newest games

Same thing here. I think it your OS that is slowly fading away. That happens often with me. So formatting and installing a clean copy of XP should help.

You get that for one pure and simple reason, like my X1950 PRO yours is also CPU LIMITED.

I just think that someone is a ficking n00b if he can't play properly under 60 fps. Look i got a friend with a computer thats like 5 years old with lousy components in it, he does like 40fps and he has been playing for like 8 years, and he better than a looser with a high end machine.
