navigation on bottom too

Please put the Navigation bar on the botton of the page too, as its annoying to go up to the head of the page just to go back =\

( NGOHQ.com > General > Feedback > navigation on bottom too )
Thats the Navigation bar Im talking about ^^^^

Also I still thinks the old color was better :X
