I wonder, was there a particular AD that maybe was causing the problem?

I ran into this a few times on a friends hub running DC++ that was a router setting blocking something and once by mistake blocked my yahoo email by clicking no instead of yes when prompted by sygate firewall
S**T happens hope your prob stays away Bro

I just posted an update letting you all know that the errors are back with a vengeance. I'm having a LOT of these errors "cannot open" the site. It's the Forums and PMs that seem affected mostly.
That post has completely disappeared. ???

#17 | | Site Staff | Try to use adblocker, maybe its one of the ads, if you can figure out which, then I could fix it. |

First, @Mac: I actually did see it at the very beginning and then came back and it was gone.
@Reg: I'll do that later tonight. Will let you know.

#19 | | Extreme Member | | GPU: Gainward Bliss 9600GT | | | RAM: 4G OCZ Reaper X DDR2 | | Weird on the post Dyre as you know as your time as a staff member here we "soft delete" and I see nothing to "manage" on this thread as I usually would. On a perm delete Rege would have indicated if he had thats his call he owns the Forum. Perhaps just a glitch like the problems you have been having.
On your issue both Rege and I have mentioned ads and I am almost sure thats what it is. Once after a reformat I had issues with the board (and found it was the ads) because after installing FF I didn't have a plugin installed I can't remember if it was Java or Flash. FF prompts you if you have missing plugins not sure if IE does because I rarely use it
Best of luck on the issue Bro
