DSEO Fails to start

Hi,

I recently installed Windows 7 build 7077 and tried installing Peerguardian to no avail. After some research I found out about the 64bit driver signature issue, and subsequently DSEO. I'm not able to start DSEO, however. On the Win 7 computer, nothing happens. I can see the process running in task manager, but nothing comes up and the process takes one core of my dual core CPU to 100% (50% in task manager). Thinking it was an issue with build 7077 I tried running DSEO on a Vista machine, signing the driver I need there, and moving it back. I got the same results however, no reaction and a pegged cpu. Just for kicks I tried a third 32bit WinXP machine, and DSEO crashed immediately. Unfortunately I don't have another Vista/7 system to test on.

I feel like I'm missing something about the app, any help would be greatly appreciated!

I'll check it out as soon as Microsoft release Windows 7 RC1 to the public. It may take awhile since I refuse to pay thousands dollars to microsoft for certificates or MSDN, non-profit developers should get free access to MSDN. Anyways, try to disable UAC completely.
