Once again Microsoft has proven that they are just a money hungry bunch of gouging pricks. In my previous place of employment I opened an XBOXLive account for the youth that was billed to my credit card. As of Jan 21/09 I no longer work there. I overlooked the fact that the account type was auto renewed monthly which i except responsibility for but after noticing the charge on my March statement I called the 1-800-Screw you XBOX accounts department and canceled any further charge to the account. At that time the agent advised that the March charge was the last charge I would receive and I thought that was the end of it.
My April statement arrived today and once again the XBOX Live charge has been applied to my account. I call XBOX again and ask that the charge be removed from my account. The agent said that it had been processed and could not be returned as simple as that. I then asked to speak to a manager who fed me the same line of crap that the payment had been processed and that they would not refund my money. She said that if it would help make me feel better that she would coach the support person that should have advised me another payment was all ready charged the day before when we spoke originally
What kind of crap is this!!!!! I eventually told her that M$ could kiss my ass and have a nice day before hanging the phone up. |
