AMD makes the cheappest cpus & gpus.
One day my m8 did want to buy new vga so i started to look for best card with good ram & supportin as much latest technologies (dx&sm) for agp. Only cards to 300pln i could find only radeons, almost latest radeons.
Another time myself did want to check the cheappest cpu in my fav store.... I found really cheap and not bad x64 amd cpus, but intel's cpus prices was startin there where were amd mid-end processors.
As for me choose is simple: Advanced Micro Devices :-)
